Summer staff members are campers’ primary caregivers during the week. You must have graduated from high school before summer camp begins. Priority hiring will go to applicants with at least one year of college, work experience, or a gap year out of high school.

All applicants must live in the United States.

In each camp session, you will be assigned a group of campers whom you will supervise and provide emotional support, friendship, and guidance throughout the week. You will lead Bible Studies, stay with campers in the cabin, and lead various outdoor activities throughout the week. We will gladly complete any paperwork, meetings, or other requirements for students to receive an internship or course credit for working on our summer team
